Due to the pristine condition of this expansive estate we will be offering the choice of non-stick booties at entry or the removal of shoes at entry.
Arrangements with the professional moving company, Olympic Moving & Storage, are required for the movement of the large pieces of furniture. They are licensed and bonded. Pick up and delivery will take place on Sunday after the completion of the sale.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards. No checks please. Not responsible for accidents. Bring your own packing materials. (None provided) Our staff is stationed throughout the the sale area to answer any questions. Note to Resellers: Please supply us with your 2016 permit at checkout.
