By entering the property and participating in this sale, you agree to the following terms:

General

* All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties.
* All items are sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees regarding condition, functionality, authenticity, or completeness.
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment

* Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as posted.
* A valid ID may be required for certain purchases.
* Washington sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale permit is provided.

Item Removal

* Purchasers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases.
* Large items must be removed by the specified pickup deadline.
* Staff may not be available to assist with lifting or moving items.
* Purchased items left beyond the pickup deadline may be considered abandoned without refund.

Hold Policy

* Items cannot be held without payment.
* Paid items may only be held until the agreed pickup time.

Entry & Safety

* Enter the property at your own risk.
* The estate, homeowner, and sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or vehicle damage.
* Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
* Customers must stay within designated sale areas.

Security

* Shoplifting or tampering with sold items will be reported to law enforcement.
* Security cameras may be in use on the premises.

Conduct

* Respectful behavior toward staff, neighbors, and other shoppers is required.
* Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the property.

Agreement

Entry to the sale constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
