CASH ONLY PLEASE! No Credit cards. Must have own help moving and lifting furniture, we cannot help you. Also bring your own truck. As you drive down to the house, plenty of parking. Everything is on the main floor and 3-car garage . Furniture upstairs will be all on the main floor. We will open garage at 10A.M. and enter through the garage Door into the house. I want to keep the main door closed to keep it warm inside and so have to enter and leave via the laundry room and another door into the garage.
