Brier Estate Sale - Saturday & Sunday - 1/2 off most Sunday

1/2 off most items when we open on Sunday.   This is a home in the Brier area on Locust Way.  No parking at house, plenty of parking will be available on a vacant lot next door to the sale house.  We will have pick up area available.  Neighbor has been kind enough to let us use the empty lot next door for parking.  Please enter through gate and follow signs through the woods to the house.  Not suitable for anyone with problems walking, sorry.  You may also park on the side streets, no parking on Locust Way, be careful crossing street - it's extremely busy.  

1950's Rambler on large corner lot.  Family is moving to Florida.  We have something for everyone.  We will be selling appliances, house is being torn down.  There is a car, sailboat on trailer, tools, piano, furniture, kitchenware, books, electronics.  

Wow, we finally got through the garage and upstairs of the garage storage. Some great finds up there including old toys, collectibles, carnival glass, hobnail glass, some vintage Christmas and more.  

The upstairs area above the garage will be opened to adults only due to safety concerns.  Please do not enter areas that are blocked off.  They are blocked for safety not to hide something!!!!
