ALL Purchased Items will be charged Washington State Sales Tax unless a current resale certificate is provided. Please bring a copy of your certificate to leave with us.

The health and safety of our customers & our staff is important to us.
Masks are optional but NOT required.
Please be respectful at all times to staff and other customers.
Disinfecting surfaces will be done throughout the day.
Customers may be asked to wear slip covers over shoes prior to entering house.
Signup sheet for customers will be at front of garage.
Limited number of people may be allowed into the house at one time.
Customers are RESPONSIBLE for evaluating the merchandise prior to purchasing items.
ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS/NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES.
Remember: If you break an item, you are responsible for paying for it.
Customers are responsible for transporting items purchased at the time of sale (unless otherwise arranged with Olson Estate Services to pick up at a later time during the sale dates.
All purchased merchandise must be picked up by end of business on Sunday otherwise items will be forfeited.
Please bring your own HELP to load purchased items. We DO NOT load items.
DO NOT remove price tags and mark “sold” if purchasing an item - this will be done by Staff ONLY!
Please NO EARLY BIRDS - Doors will open at designated time.
Children MUST be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES.
No pre-sales Prices will not be given out prior to sale.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return calls or emails prior to sale due to set up and
pricing of items for estate sale.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS
Please bring your own bag(s)/boxes. ALL BAGS WILL BE CHECKED.
