* Sale starts at 9am
* Numbers are handed out approximately 1 hour before we open AND SOMETIMES EARLIER, EITHER WAY ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
*WE DO NOT HONOR LIST -- EVEN IF YOU SEE ONE UP ITS NOT OURS. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE FOR NUMBERS.
*No backpacks and all shopping bags will be checked prior to entry.
*We recommend no children however if you have them with you please have them at your side at all times.
*IF YOU BREAK IT YOU BOUGHT IT
*We do charge sales tax unless you have a copy of a current Washington reseller permit you can leave with us or you are already on our list.
*Stay off the property until staff arrive.

*Small valuables are removed from the premises prior to the sale. Please note that 24 hour surveillance videos are in use at every one of our sales.
