A sign-up list will be posted 1 hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (Not Online). Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted. Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final. Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

Description & Details
This Lynnwood estate sale is a wonderfully eclectic mix of classic furnishings, distinctive décor and everyday finds. From statement furniture pieces to charming collectibles and practical household items, the home is layered with quality and character.
You’ll find a standout selection of furniture and accents including a Victorian serpentine-front dresser with mirror, a Mid-Century walnut highboy with brass pulls, carved oak armchairs spanning Jacobean, Renaissance Revival and Victorian styles, farmhouse dining chairs, an early 1900s wood and cast iron school desk and a variety of seating, lamps, rugs and bedroom furniture. Upholstered pieces include a matching couch and loveseat, an Ethan Allen wingback chair and a queen pull-out sofa bed.
The decor ranges from moving sand art and hand-painted Native American pottery to Lenox & Willow Tree figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with Longaberger baskets and pottery, folk art toleware, Limoges and Bavarian creamers, stoneware bakeware, Mikasa dinnerware and useful small appliances including a Ninja air fryer and Wolfgang Puck grill.
Clothing and accessories include women’s apparel in extended sizes, cozy cardigans, jackets and outerwear, a circa 1970s wedding dress and veil, jewelry, shoes and an Italian leather weekend bag.
Hobbies and electronics feature an early Singer treadle sewing cabinet and a 1912 Singer Red Eye sewing machine, Bently acoustic guitar, kalimba thumb piano, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Sharp stereo system and office equipment.
Rounding out the sale are toys and children’s books, outdoor and garage items including a Troy-Bilt mower, Thule rooftop cargo box, storage solutions and a selection of gardening tools.
