This is a private living Estate sale and the home is still occupied. The sale will take place in the lower level rooms, garage and driveway. The sale will be around the side of the house, that is where the entrance to the sale is. Please do not wander in the yard or property. The sale will start at 9a.m.
Parking is available on surrounding streets but please be respectful of neighbors mail boxes, driveways and lawns.
We will provide an "on-hold" area near the checkout area for larger or hard-to-carry items. If it is difficult to carry an item around, alert one of us who will mark it “SOLD”. If you hold it, you buy it
Credit/Debit cards may be available for a $3 service fee
Please bring your own wrap, bags, boxes and help to move furniture and items purchased. Some boxes and wrapping will be on-hand.
