Terms & Conditions: Foss Estate Sales does not allow any pre-sales, previews or early birds. The doors open at 8am sharp on the first day of the sale, a list will be posted at 5am. Parking is very limited for this sale and we encourage car-pooling. We accept Cash, Visa, MC, Amex & Discover, we do not accept checks. You are responsible for loading out your purchases, please bring packing materials and help to load out your purchases. We will not have staff to assist with load outs, they are needed inside the house. No pricing is released before the sale.
