ALL Purchased Items will be charged Washington State Sales Tax unless a current resale certificate is provided. Please bring a copy to leave with us.
SECURITY SURVEILLANCE
Customers may be required to wear slip covers over shoes prior to entering home
Signup sheet will be at front of driveway.
Limited number of people will be allowed in at one time.
Customers are RESPONSIBLE for evaluating the merchandise prior to purchasing items.
ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS/NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for transporting & removal of purchases at the time of sale (unless otherwise arranged with Olson Estate Services. Please bring HELP to load purchased items.
DO NOT remove price tags and mark “sold” if purchasing an item - this will be done by Staff ONLY!
Please NO EARLY BIRDS - Doors will open at designated time.
Children MUST be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES.
No pre-sales OR prices will be given out prior to sale.
Unfortunately we are unable to return calls or emails prior to sale due to set up and
pricing of items for estate sale.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
