ALL Purchased Items will be charged Washington State Sales Tax unless a current resale certificate is provided. Please bring a copy to leave with us.

Please follow state guidelines:
Masks must be worn when entering house until further notice.
Please try to remain 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house or garage. Shoppers may need to wait to enter a room until other customers are done shopping in that area.
Please be respectful at all times to staff and other customers.
Disinfecting surfaces will be done throughout the day.
Customers may be required to wear slip covers over shoes prior to entering house.
Signup sheet for customers may be at front of driveway (if applicable)
Limited number of people may be allowed in at one time.
Customers are RESPONSIBLE for evaluating the merchandise prior to purchasing items.
ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS/NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for transporting of purchases at the time of sale (unless otherwise arranged with Olson Estate Services to pick up at a later time.
Please bring your own HELP to load purchased items.
DO NOT remove price tags and mark “sold” if purchasing an item - this will be done by Staff ONLY!
Please NO EARLY BIRDS - Doors will open at designated time.
Children MUST be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES.
No pre-sales OR prices will be given out prior to sale.
Unfortunately we are unable to return calls or emails prior to sale due to set up and
pricing of items for estate sale.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS
