Thank you for considering coming to our Esate Sale. We follow most of the usual terms and conditions. Bring help for heavy items, cash only and please respect the neighbors on the road! Yikes its narrow and it must be driven slowly. We start at 8:00 am and not a minute sooner to be fair for all to get there. No sign up sheets or boxes holding position in line. If you do that you will be at your own to deal with other buyers. If they are good with it so am I. Craig and Diane Smith have conducted many many sales through out Grays Harbor, Pacific and Thurston Counties over the last three decades! We are now snow birds and cdestatesales.weebly.com is the buisness we are owners of in Sun City Arizona. So if you go to our web site you will understand it's really us in Montesano this weekend. Once in a great while an old friend will need a sale done locally when we are home in Washington and for some reason we just can't say no! Haaa it's in our blood I guess.
