This is a wonderful collection of items, something for all generations and tastes. Come and see!
No pre-sales, all items shown will be at the sale. All sales are final.
We will post the address 3 hours prior to opening. Out of respect for the family and the neighbors, please do not attempt entry before posted hours. There is a security system and on-site security at the home, no valuables are stored at the residence.
We will welcome our customers on a first come first served basis. Please note, this sale is in a private home, please be respectful of the property, your fellow attendees, and our helpers. No pets or small children please. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There are no public restrooms available. We will request that you leave large bags/backpacks with your personal items in your vehicle. We will allow empty bags/boxes for your shopping convenience. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse entrance or service to anyone who cannot comply with these requests.
Sales tax will be collected, if you have a Reseller Permit please bring a current copy with you.
Credit/Debit cards gladly accepted. No checks please.
Pricing is fixed, the first day of the sale all items are priced as marked. At our discretion we may choose to reduce pricing on subsequent days of the sale. If you would like to make a silent bid on an item at less than the marked price (but no less than 50% of that price) please let one of our helpers know and they can take your information for consideration.
We will have some packing materials, but please be prepared with your own in case we run out. We ask that you come prepared to move any smaller purchased items yourself and at your own risk. We do have some heavier pieces of furniture on the second story of this home, if you desire to purchase any of these items, we will be making arrangements to facilitate easy pick up. Please ask at the sale for more info.
