Auction Closing Details:
The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Pick-Up Information:
Pick-ups will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

YOU MUST USE SIGNUP GENIUS TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO PICK UP!
Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items at the specified location and within the allotted time frame as outlined in the auction details or your invoice. Any items not collected during the designated pick-up time will be considered forfeited with no compensation provided.
ID REQUIRED FOR ALL WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning local bidders will receive the pick-up address by email after payment is received. Please make sure you've enabled email or text notifications for winning bids in your account settings.
A SignUp Genius link will be provided to schedule your pick-up. Please come prepared with packing materials and assistance for large items. We do not offer packing or moving services.
Other Important Pick-Up Notes:
Bring help for large and heavy items and make sure to bring your own boxes and packing materials, as we do not provide packing or moving services. If you fail to bring assistance or cannot remove your items during the scheduled pick-up time, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.
Payment Requirements:
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the items. Only bid if you are ready to pay and can pick up your items during the scheduled time. Invoices will be emailed to you the evening the auction closes.
Item Condition:
Please review all photos carefully and reach out with any questions before bidding. We do our best to accurately represent each item, but remember that sizes may appear differently in photos, so double-check dimensions.
Additional Fees:
State taxes and an 18% buyer’s premium will be added to your invoice.
Shipping Information:
Most small items are available for shipping, for a fee of $10. which will be sent via priority mail as indicated in the listing. The shipping address must match the one on your credit card and ID. Please update your account details before bidding to avoid any issues.
Shipping and packing charges will be added to the credit card on file. You will receive a tracking number and shipping receipt via email once your items are shipped. Please note that you are responsible for all packing and shipping costs.
Important Note: SHIPPING CAN BE COSTLY. We always choose the least expensive option with USPS. All items shipped will be insured and tracked for your peace of mind. We charge a $10 handling fee, plus the cost of packaging and shipping. We will charge the card.
