These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Simple Transitions, LLC buyers, sellers, and participants ("Client," "Bidder," "Buyer," or "Seller") in estate sales or online auctions conducted by the Company.

General Sale Terms

All Sales Are Final: No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.

Item Descriptions: We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees regarding authenticity, condition, or functionality. Buyers are responsible for verifying information before purchasing.

Inspection: Items may be available for in-person viewing before sale dates.

Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.]. Full payment is required before item pickup.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate.

Bidding & Buying (For Online Auctions)

Pickup Deadlines: Buyers must collect items within the specified time frame.

Failure to Pickup: Items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned and may be resold or discarded without refund.

Shipping: Available upon request and at the buyer’s expense. The Company is not responsible for damage during shipping.

Seller Terms

Commission & Fees: The Company takes a commission on all sales, typically [%] of the final sale price. Additional fees may apply for advertising, cleaning, or disposal of unsold items.

Consignment Agreement: Sellers must sign a contract detailing commission rates, item conditions, and expectations.

Right to Refuse Service: The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Personal information collected during registration or sales is kept confidential and used only for business purposes.

Governing Law & Disputes
