* Entry is at your own risk.
* We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
* Bags, purses, will be subject to inspection.
* No large bags, backpacks or strollers allowed inside (if applicable).
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive behavior.

* No early sales — no exceptions.
* Doors will open at the posted start time.
* If a sign-up sheet is used, early arrival does not guarantee early entry beyond list order.

* Credit/Debit Cards (with valid ID)
* Other: Venmo
* No checks unless pre-approved.
* Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
* All sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

* Prices are firm on the first day unless otherwise stated.
* Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.

* No holds. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Items must be paid for in full immediately to secure purchase.

* All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties.
* Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

�� REMOVAL OF ITEMS

* Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items.
* Bring your own help, tools, and transportation.
* All items must be removed by: Sunday at 2pm
Failure to remove purchased items will result in forfeiture of the item and the payment. We do not issue refunds or returns.
* Not responsible for damage during removal.

* Sign up is managed through EstateSales.net.
You must present your number with code to be allowed to enter.
* Entry will follow the order of the list.
* Must be present when your name is called or you may lose your spot.
