We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents. By entering the property & home you are doing so at your own risk. We have a few boxes and wrapping materials for you to use although we recommend you bring your own. We open promptly at 9:00 am and close at 4:00 pm all three days of the sale.
Sign up sheet for entry will be available on Friday morning at 6:00 am. and will only be used for entry on Friday.
