We will post numbers for customers to take starting 3 hours prior to the sale when the address is
posted. We do not honor sign-up lists so please form one line the morning of the sale. Please do not create and post your own sign-up sheets. They will not be honored.

We accept cash and all major credit cards, sales tax will be added. We do not accept checks. We are licensed with the State of Washington and will be collecting sales tax. Re-sellers need to provide a copy of their State of Washington re-seller permit.

Please make sure you are happy with your item/s and have examined them before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Please watch your footing, as thresholds, stairs and flooring can be uneven in the home and grounds. Bed knobs and Broomsticks Estate Sales or the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or personal damage.

We may be able to help you load items that you have purchased but cannot guarantee we will have time or help available. You should plan on bringing your own help when picking up your larger items.

As a reminder, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that happens to your purchase, either by your own fault or another customer's fault.

We suggest that you bring your own bags and boxes. We do not guarantee bags, boxes or packing materials for all customers.
