Parking is very tight at this sale as it will be single file in the driveway and you will need patience to leave as you may have to wait for other cars to leave before you can leave. Private drive is a single lane road so drive slow and prepare to yield to cars. Can park under basketball hoop before house or at 3803 parking area. Please do not block road or neighbors driveways

Keep your oversized purses and tote/shopping bags in your car. We have shopping baskets and employees to take your things off your hands to put on the hold table with your name.

Once you enter the neighborhood and turn onto the private drive, you’ll be on a single-lane road. Please be prepared to yield to oncoming traffic and use the designated pullouts when needed.

Parking is very limited. Please:

Do not park in neighborhood driveways.
Park single file in the driveway as directed.
Be aware that you may need to wait for other shoppers to leave before you can exit.

If you’re short on time or don’t have the patience for the parking situation, this sale may not be the best fit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
