WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.
I.D, is required for pick up and all shipping orders. Orders over $500 we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.

WE DO SHIP on a limited basis. We will not ship orders under $50 combined purchase total. For Purchases of gold, fine jewelry, we may ask forI.D. proof if you request shipping. Examples: Drivers license and copy of credit card statement verifying shipping address matches. If not provided, we will sell to the under bidder. For Select small, non breakable items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service.) We charge $1-10 handling per box. You must contact us to get pre-approval for shipping on items you are interested in prior to bidding & contact us in writing once more if you win to remind us you need shipping. We will charge your credit card on file the shipping costs, and if you want to know the amount prior to shipping, Please contact us immediately following you winning the auction. If your purchase is more than $500, we will mail to the BILLING address on file with the credit card used. IF YOU ASK FOR IT TO BE MAILED ANYWHERE ELSE, WE WILL NEED FORM OF PROOF, before we will ship. Our goal is to get the items shipped out as fast as possible, however it may be a week from the close of the pick up date listed. Items need to fit in boxes no larger than 21" x 17" x 15" preferable. Shipping MAY COST MORE THAN YOUR BID, and the cost is what it is. We will have the items mailed We charge very little for packaging, handling and trips to the UPS or post office. Shipping Information:
USPS/UPS SHIPPING: WE DO SHIP on a limited basis on orders of a combined total of $50 or more. Girlfriends will pack and ship items that will safely fit in a 16" x 13" x 13" box (small U-Haul box) sent via UPS ground or any USPS priority boxes. These items are shipped the week following the auction. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in-house will be charged to the credit card on file and a shipping receipt with tracking will be texted or emailed to the account on file. Girlfriends will ship all items with tracking (no exceptions) and buyers will be responsible for the charge.

This means the address on your profile is irrelevant, the address connected to the payment method you select at registration for each auction is where the items will be sent.
