Estate Sales: All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, where-is (so please inspect them closely prior to purchase). All sales charge 10% sales tax. You are responsible for labor and moving of your items from the premises before the end of the sale, so please plan ahead to bring helpers with you (especially if you plan to purchase heavy items). Rainier Estates is not responsible for your safety or that of your help, so please use caution. All items must be picked up by the end of the estate sale hours.

We accept Cash, Credit, and Venmo. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card or Venmo sales. Receipts are checked by staff at the sale entrance.

We will allow people to enter the sale (at the 10am opening time) in the order other people have lined up outside. We never allow early birds, pre-sales, or unpaid holds beyond 30 minutes in-person (if you wish to keep shopping longer, we request you to purchase your current hold items and then continue shopping!).
