DINING ROOM:
A beautiful set of Mikasa "Magnolia" china. Service for 12+. Elegant, simple and so pretty. There are several pieces of cranberry glass, decanters, glassware, antique "egg crate" bunny, and other pretties alongside the china. Along the wall there is a wonderful Ballard Designs green buffet/sideboard. It is like new! On the buffet we have spring decor - bunnies, birds and white glass/china/ironstone pieces.
On the walls there is original works of art (including Maggie Roe), old clocks, new/old style wall phone...
As you enter the room you'll find a table of gorgeous glass. All the Spring colors are here! Baskets, bowls and more. Fenton, Rookwood Pottery, porcelain pieces and other goodies.
LIVING ROOM:
Fishing/ outdoor decor, Van Briggle pottery! Royal Doulton "Balloon Man'. Some steins, Villeroy and Boch cups and more. On another shelf it is a mix of Countries. We've got wooden Fulani bowls, a Burmese dah, Japanese whaling knife, African bowls and other cool pieces. Wool camel saddle bag. Tools, weapons....
There are TWO amazing antique camel saddles. Not the chairs you are used to seeing - these are older AND cooler. WWII drum, instruments.... just some really incredible pieces.
We've got a little bit of SW decor, interesting books, lamps, pillows and other treasures scattered about the room.
Near the register you'll find a vintage erector set, Samsung Galaxy watch and a rack of incredible necklaces from Morocco.
KITCHEN:

OFFICE (as you walk in - to your left)
Some really cool collectibles as well as some things you really need in there!
Handsome Ethan Allen desk - in wonderful condition. Lots of office supplies, printers, shredder, office chair and more. Nautical artwork and decor, Saturn aqua meter compass, vintage hole punch, Military clothing, Sony compact stereo, drafting tools, chess board with stone pieces, 2 iPod Nanos, telescope and related items, coloring books for grown ups, LOADS of books - lots of genres - mostly mystery. Definitely don't skip this room if you are a reader!
BACK BEDROOM (MAIN FLOOR - past kitchen)
Lowboy dresser, pair of nightstands, lots of blue/yellow art glass, Bessie Pease print, bed linens (some brand new), towels and tablecloths in bathroom off of this bedroom.
MASTER BEDROOM (MAIN FLOOR - past the living room)
En route to the master bedroom you'll find a counter loaded with blue glass - Fenton, carnival glass, hobnail and cobalt.
Greenington bamboo Azara collection tall boy dresser (drawers do need to be screwed on - super easy), There is a gorgeous /heavy bench that compliments it nicely, but is not an exact match. Would be great at the foot of the bed, entry, or at a dining room table. Lots of fall colored decor here - glassware, pottery and more. Through the bedroom is a large bathroom with lots of medical needs, hygiene products and more. Straight through is a huge walk in closet full of nicer clothing. Mostly women's (XL/XXL), shoes - size 10/11 , purses, accessories, some men's clothing size XL/2X.
UPSTAIRS
CRAFT ROOM:
A quilters paradise! I'm not even kidding. This is a huge room and it's FULL of goodies. Pfaff coverlock sewing machine, Eclipse Babylock sewing machine, Go Big cutting machine, around 100 embroidery cd's, tons of quilting sets with directions and fabrics bundled together, sewing patterns, quilt patterns, embroidery sets, thread sets, "mystery" totes packed full of embroidery pieces, bundles of pre-cut fabric.
There is also the basics - needles, thread, fabric, rulers, scissors, yarn, ribbon, bias tape, stabilizers, backing, batting. Shelves of books.
Plan on spending some time in here if this is your hobby!!
KIDS ROOM:
Really nice bunk bed with newer mattresses. Has trundle mattress underneath and the kids will love this one! Adorable Kid Kraft pink kitchen set, fun wall art, flat screen TV, pillows, some linens, a few baby clothes, closet full of books, toys and Easter decor.
CHRISTMAS ROOM:
Every house has one, amiright??
This one has some pretty cute stuff! Woodsy/traditional decor, cardinals, snowmen, lots of cut crystal and glass mixed in, angels galore, brand new Barnes and Noble wood light up wreaths, holiday linens, smaller pre-lit tree, more linens, tins, ornaments and books in the closet. Super cute vintage rocking chair and a pile of brand new smaller throws.
GARAGE:
Practically new NordicTrac treadmill, Resistance chair, camping and fishing supplies, upright freezer, Vietnam Vet "Live to Ride" leather jacket and gloves, pet supplies, household maintenance items, garden items, ladders, (large extension ladder on side of house), Craftsman drill, large coolers, garden tools, canning jars and supplies, frames, some decor, luggage - don't forget to check it out before you go - it's just past the kitchen!
OUTSIDE:
A few pots and a bit of yard art out front, a table and chairs, weber grill and a few more on the deck. PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE RED TAPE - deck is as slippery as ICE.
This really is a great sale! Make it a stop on your estate sale route, or make it a day and check out the nearby Wildlife Refuge and some of the cute restaurants in the area.
