Allen Farms B&B Estate Sale - Part TWO - HALF OFF DAY!

Here it is! Part 2 of the Allen Family B&B liquidation!

This time we have a surprise... (wait for it!)

We still have what didn't sell last time (in case you forgot something) and it's all starting out at HALF price! All the "fresh" items will start at full price. (we have them specially marked)

This one is going to be SO MUCH FUN!

*IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HAVE A CREW MEMBER STAYING AT THE HOUSE NOW. SINCE WE HAVE DONE A SALE HERE BEFORE AND MANY MIGHT KNOW THE ADDRESS - HE IS THERE FOR SAFETY REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB. HE IS ONLY THERE FOR SECURITY - NOT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. - THANK YOU! 

BUSINESS FIRST:

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PARKING DIRECTIONS. The home has a U shaped driveway that will be used ONLY for dropping off and loading. We will have cones in front of those driveways. The far EAST driveway leads to a large field, where customers can park. PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY, so that we can fit as many cars as possible.

NEARLY EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF TODAY!  A FEW ITEMS HAVE RESERVES... AND THE STUFF LEFT OVER FROM THE LAST SALE IS NOW 75% OFF!!

We WILL HAVE TWO CASH REGISTERS. One will be in the "super fun room" - where items in that room MUST be paid for in that room. Everything else comes to the front to cash out.  

Back to this incredible sale, room by room. And there are Several.

LIVING ROOM:

We've got the festive spirit here! Huge nutcrackers, smaller nutcrackers and even Smaller ones! Enormous pre-lit Christmas tree, Byers Choice carolers, lanterns, battery operated candles, baskets of ornaments, art, lamps...

Incredible antique oak cabinet with leaded glass doors - filled with holiday greenery, violin and more decor. Piano has sold, but there is lots of Holiday decor staged upon it. Also, a basket of jewelry and watches sitting on the bench.

Moving on...

DINING ROOM:

Not nearly as full as before, but fresh finds nonetheless! Cute (and well loved) wicker and wood chair, flip top pie table, lots of Christmas, china, and glassware. Antique mirrors and a fun winery print!

KITCHEN:

Oh boy, we filled this back up! Super cool table that one of our amazing employees created from an antique pocket door and a couple of bistro tables. This table is covered in old farm implements, glassware, enamel ware, country decor, blue and white ceramics, cast iron, canning pots and a few other neat things. This time we've gotten into the autumn theme... pumpkins, scarecrows and some Halloween linens. Cookbooks and other pieces are also there. Wonderful oval framed flowers and other beautiful art are on the walls. Of course the kitchen has lots of practical items as well. Small appliances, serving pieces and basic white dishes will help you get through the Holidays. Nice, basically new Gotham "copper" pots and pans, new in box items, Lodge enameled cast iron, Holiday themed kitchen/tabletop items... lots of great things here!!!

OFFICE:

Again with games! "New" games, lots of chess sets, Henry Hill signed GoodFellas framed poster, movie theater themed wall art, more cameras, vintage Sony vhs video camera, portable dvd player, fantastic dvd collection,  lots of office supplies, basic L shaped desk, newer mahjong sets, lamps, small/tabletop popcorn maker, outdoorsy wall art - including a framed Ducks Unlimited numbered print.

MASTER BEDROOM (main floor):

LOTS of clothes!! Larger men's and M/L women's. Cashmere sweaters, jeans, nice shirts, coats... Shoes, cowboy hats - Stetson and more, vintage men's leather coats, luggage, some decor and small furnishings, lamps, cute green wicker chair, large sized karate gee, check out this room if you love clothes, if these are your size (men's xl-3x) - or maybe you are a clothing reseller?

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS:

The lighted garlands will lead the way... (yes, they are for sale!)
We still have that amazing four poster bed, narrow console table, several 78 records, lots of decor, that absolutely wonderful antique oak bed and linens. Eastlake wall shelf, duraflame electric fireplace, rainbow row needlepoint, Betsey Jane Bennet framed print, stained glass panel, Tiffany style stained glass lamp with pear shaped base (heavy - and gorgeous!) There is another pre-lit tree at the top of the stairs, along with some faux greenery and that newer ornate carved hall table.

There is a Christmas room! This one is good. White wicker chairs, vintage 30" AnnaLee Mr. and Mrs. Claus dolls and elves, oak lawyers bookcase filled with NIB ornaments and Holiday decor, oak filing cabinet, Lefton Nativity, Denver Express electric train set, Sports themed nutcrackers and ornaments, tables FULL of fun Christmas items, Dept. 56 village set, standing popcorn maker - IN BOX. It's never too early to start thinking about the holidays! It comes quick and always costs too much. Save by buying at estate sales!

SUITE ABOVE GARAGE:

It's a full apartment up there. White Lazyboy sofa, mission style rocking chair, Hoursakes Union Pacific Tribute wall clock, Two large wood model ships (need a little love), we still have that amazing wrapped style/ studded full size bed - SO NICE! It's like brand new - and starting off at Half price! Deep red wingback chair with matching ottoman, linens, nice full length mirror, swivel caned bar chairs, lots of dishes and kitchen items, little older washer and dryer set.

GARAGE IS OPEN!:

AND IT IS SO FULL. Fishing gear, snorkeling, camping, hunting, golf, gardening, DIY, sports, music... whatever your passion - it's in the garage. Also, gun holsters, clips, belts and kevlar vests. HO scale vintage Union Pacific starter train set, two tiered rolling Craftsman mechanics tool box. Fishing gear is half deep sea/ half river - poles, reels and lures. No fly fishing gear here. Vacuums, stereo systems, White mop and bucket set, loads of household/automotive/gardening supplies and chemicals, yard and garden tools, power tools - several, bins of hand tools and household maintenance supplies, hunting/fishing "work" clothing and shoes... outside the door there are several NIB outdoor lights, some older, lightweight clothing racks NIB, lots of useful and interesting things!!

OUTSIDE:

Not much left on the front porch... rocking chair and a few small tables. Nice beach cruiser, lots of folding outdoor chairs, so much outdoor stuff - I honestly don't even remember it all!  In the gazebo we've got "binlandia". Lots of empty bins, baskets, large portable dog kennel and other useful items.

NOTHING IS IN THE BARN ANYMORE - SO THAT AREA WILL BE OFF LIMITS.

THE SUPER FUN ROOM (formally, the family room:

Do you like listening to or playing music? Grunge culture? Star Wars? Legos? Interesting collectible cards? Sports memorabilia? Then this is for you.

We still have guitars! They are not half off, but they have been discounted. Most guitars will come with a case. Lots of Nirvana memorabilia - books, cds, authenticated Kurt Cobain guitar pic with letter (pulled - but you can ask if you are interested), SO many cd's - good ones! Lots of grunge, classic rock, punk rock and metal. Loads of books on the subject!!!  Original authenticated Daniel Johnston art from the 80's and 90's (also pulled, but if you are interested you can ask!) Amazing collection of vinyl 12" records. Pedals, guitar strings, amps...

Clothing - the 80's and 90's, baby! Larger sized men's clothing and shoes. Sub Pop, flannels, rock tshirts, Levis, Roca wear, plaid galore, Nike Air Jordans, Doc Martens, Converse, Big Lebowski...

TOYS - SO MUCH Star Wars! Vintage-esque. Some newer - all amazing. Bins of packaged figures, boxed pieces - loads of SW legos! Funko pops, older video game systems and games  - including Nintendo, books on games, comics, Teddy Ruxpin, skateboards and longboard, Lord of the Rings chess set, drone NIB, older Guitar Hero... Holy crap the Legos. SO MANY NIB!! More than just Star Wars!!! Rambo III vintage knife NIB.

The cards... Mob cards, baseball cards - many signed, Historic DNA cards, Keepsake edition Relic cards - seriously cool, Bruce Lee cards, Magic, Pokemon, Monsters, uncut card posters... SO MANY CARDS!!

Sports - Signed Russell Wilson football, Mitchell and Ness jerseys, bobbleheads, signed jerseys, Seahawks throws, signed baseballs, baseball caps, dvds, boxed cards, signed Ricky Watters framed photo with cards.

IMPORTANT NOTE HERE TOO: THERE WILL BE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SHOP THIS ROOM AT A TIME. THERE WILL ALSO BE A TIME LIMIT, SO THAT EVERYONE WILL GET A CHANCE. WE WILL HAVE A MANNED SEPARATE LINE. ALL ITEMS IN THIS ROOM - MUST BE PAID FOR IN THIS ROOM. 

There you have it. I am sure I left tons out... but that's half the fun, right?! The thrill of the hunt?!
