Description & Details

Note that our choice was to only select auction or estate sale on this platform - this is a hybrid auction/estate sale. Please see description below!

Sammamish Near Sahalee! (The photos shown here are just a small representation of what is in the auction and the home, to give you a sense)!

This estate liquidation/auction is truly one of a kind. Beyond the quality household furnishings and everyday treasures found throughout the home, you'll discover two extraordinary workshops that reflect decades of craftsmanship, collecting, and creativity.

The woodworking shop is exceptionally equipped with professional-grade woodworking machinery, furniture-making tools, quality hardwoods and specialty lumber, premium hand and power tools, clamps, hardware, and an extensive assortment of shop equipment. Whether you're an experienced woodworker, hobbyist, or looking to launch or expand your own shop, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a thoughtfully assembled collection.

The miniatures workshop is equally impressive, featuring premium tools, materials, supplies, and countless handcrafted miniature houses, furniture, and original creations accumulated over many years. The owner was an award-winning miniature artist whose work was recognized at numerous shows.

As we've continued preparing this estate, we've uncovered an incredible variety of additional collectibles and specialty items, including collectible Native American pottery, antique Murano art glass, antique naval and maritime pieces, collectible gaming items, miniature figures, Asian figurines and dolls, carved antique Chinese panels, vintage and mid-century furniture, an antique train set, an inflatable boat with outboard motor, an extensive fishing collection featuring rods, reels, tackle and accessories, large lots of hardwoods and exotic woodworking lumber, Southwest décor, handcrafted furniture built by the owners, quality household furnishings, books, kitchenware, yard tools, outdoor furniture, and much more.

Whether you're searching for professional woodworking equipment, rare collectibles, quality furnishings, unique handcrafted pieces, or everyday treasures, this exceptional estate offers something for nearly every bidder.

Winning bidders receive an added bonus: During your scheduled pickup appointment, you'll have the rare opportunity to privately shop the home. Many additional items—including tools, fishing gear, décor, books, furniture, shop supplies, outdoor treasures, and other discoveries—are available for purchase but are not individually listed in the auction. Think of it as your own private estate sale after you've picked up your winning items.
