Sale is in a working barn with uneven surfaces, thresholds, sharp edges, and a dirt floor; please be aware of your surroundings. Children must remain with an adult at all times.

Not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to you or personal property.

Please remain within areas designated for the sale and follow any posted signs or directions from sale staff.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Video cameras inside and outside of the barn will be used 24/7.

We will hold an item after it has been paid for on request; buyer must return to collect it by the end of the day (2pm) it was purchased.

The sale opens at 9am each day; sign in sheets will be available should people arrive early. As space allows, small groups will be admitted numerically.

Buyers are responsible for safely removing their purchases. Staff will not be available to help.
