Picker's Paradise - unorganized, unpriced and all has to go

This is one for true diggers and pickers.  The client needs the house cleared in a hurry, so we are blowing everything out.  It's the house and 2 out buildings.  We've done just enough organizing so you can get at things and the rest is up to you.  Who knows what you'll find?  Piles are encouraged

The stuff we saw setting up:

Lots of craft stuff.  She was a quilter and sewer.  Lots of quilt patterns, interesting fabrics, fat quarters, etc.  There's also colored papers, stamps, stickers, all the usually crafty stuff

There's also lots of nice outdoor stuff.  Some nice potted plants, planters, bird bath, yard decor, big hanging umbrella

There are tools in the outbuildings including 2 chainsaws, weed eater, lots of hand tools, old saws, old vises, mechanics overalls
