EASTLAKE ESTATE AUCTION

Pick-ups for this auction will be in Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle zip code 98102 on 1/24 from 10:00 to 2:00 & 1/25 from 10:00 to 2:00. 

This is a condo with a small elevator. I will have crew available on a limited basis to assist with moving of larger items. If you purchase a larger item please email me at JBlack@CaringTransitions.net to schedule a pick-up time so we can have crew available to assist with loading the items.

A random mix of mid-century, antique and others. Many items have ties to Olympia from the early 1900's. Who hasn't shopped at Drees? Owner travelled internationally so there are some cool antiques from abroad as well. 

History on the estate: Esther was born on March 19, 1918, in South Bend, Washington, and was raised in Elma, Washington, with six siblings. Shortly after graduating from St. Peters Hospital Nursing School in Olympia as a registered nurse in 1939 she married and lived in Olympia until her husband passed away in 1969. She remarried in 1974 and moved to Seattle. Esther was very creative. She designed and made hats, and enjoyed gardening and Rosemaling (Norwegian painting). A consummate hostess, and in keeping with her Norwegian heritage, she always served Glögg (Mulled Wine) at Christmas parties.
