The address will be made public 3 hours before the doors open. At this point, we will put out our list on the door that we will use for admittance. We will be taking photos of the list periodically to ensure the order stays in tact, but we really just want people to behave themselves. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who tampers with the list or causes a disruption of any kind to any part of our process.

Description & Details
Great vintage furniture and other finds cover a 50’s two-level home with three bedrooms, a vast gaming and entertaining basement, and a garage in West Seattle. The house was built in 1967 by its owner - a local police officer – and the merchandise for sale within ranges from useable to collectible to everything in between. And there’s also the Cadillac.
The owners were collectors of many things and this is a good curated look at those decades (50’s-70’s) where their collecting and preserving was at its height. A “little bit of everything” applies to the house as a whole, with a focused abundance of collectible glassware, liquor bottles, Franklin Mint cars (and the like), pottery and art (hung in nearly every room) – and a lot of cool and unusual pieces mixed within.
The downstairs has a pool table and a built in bar that some would call a man-cave except it covers the entire basement floor: from the pool room and its many bar signs and trophys, to the bar and extended areas of mid-century bar/lounge entertaining space.
This is a two-day sale. We mark items down on Sunday.

*67 Cadillac (48,000 miles): The Cadillac will be available for view and we will make a list for those interested in making offers. The owners have already declined offers as high as $8,000. The owner is scheduled to be on site for the first day of the sale and can answer questions about condition and suggested/needed repairs.
*Pool Table: This is an amazing pool table in great shape. If you are planning on buying this, please be advised that you will need your own crew of people to disassemble and remove it. There are no stairs to navigate and a vehicle can be brought right up to the back door for easy loading.
