You must bring your own packing materials for any small items purchased. We do not deliver nor load large items

LIST DETAILS: The list will be placed at 7am on the front door of the house. (1) name per number. We will determine based on number on list on how many to let in at one time. No list started before 7am will be honored.

Pricing: Do not ask for discounts in the 1st 2 hrs. There are several pieces of equipment that will not be discounted.

--Special note about this Estate. The pictures DO NOT do this shop justice. It really is amazing. If you want a true definition of "Old School" this is it. This owner not only repaired small engines and tools, he took such incredible care of everyone of his tools some of them almost belong in a museum. The Hendey Lathe is from 1930 and when he bought it from a school it was in terrible condition but he brought it in piece by piece, cleaned and painted every piece, resurfaced, honed, and if he didn't have a part - HE MADE IT. Virtually every piece of equipment in this shop is the same story. We are really honored to be doing this sale there already has been a great deal of emotion as this was his passion and his life for 60+ years.

We'll be posting pictures everyday as we get closer to sale day.

Because the Hendy Lathe is such a specialized item and also the incredible condition it is in we are releasing the pricing for it. It will be $12,500 OBO. It has extra chucks , cutters etc. It is a once in a lifetime piece of machinery that has been maintained impeccably. The pictures do not do it justice.

This is the only piece of equipment we are releasing pricing for. Please do not email offers etc.
