Please note for security purposes that the sites address will not be always be posted, we will issue the cross streets and at 8:30am signs will be placed the day of the sale. All valuables will be removed before the sale neighbors will be notified as well as law enforcement of the sale dates and times.
If you start a list we will honor it if you are all there. If you sign your name to a list you must stay present with the list.
Security on site prior and during sale.
Parents must at all times attend to their children! (some sales children will not be allowed - sorry!)
Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. **Empty boxes ok.
If you put an item on "hold" then you are obligated to purchase that item.

2 floors where time stood still. 70+ years of goodness. House is jammed with antique and vintage. A real treasure trove. Victrola, sterling flatware set, paintings, trunks, tons of jewelry, pyrex, pink depression glass, vintage cookie jar collection, Betty Boop collection and so much more!!! Grandpa worked for Rainier Brewery also known as Seattle Brewing and Malting Co. Many vintage items including fabulous tray, posters and glasses (we are still unpacking so may be more!).
Some WW2 Military including pins, photos and more. Pottery including fantastic cookie jar collection, 50's pottery TV lamps, majolica and more. Depression glass, carnival glass, lustreware including tea sets, Shirley Temple glassware and more.
Sterling silver set "George & Martha" by Westmorland. Some other misc. Sterling including a Seattle spoon.
