Cash only unless otherwise listed in Sale Description information.
Security will be onsite - valuables will be locked up and available on a one on one basis for viewing when applicable.
We ask that you bring packing materials and boxes for fragile items as unfortunately we usually have nothing onsite. If we do, we will of course offer it to you to use. We ask you to pack/wrap items so you are comfortable with the packing.
We sell all items "as is"; no returns or warranty. We take online signups for entry the first day of our sales to keep disruptions to the neighbors at a minimum. EMAIL DIRECTLY TO ROOMTOMOVE@COMCAST.NET AT 4PM SHARP FOR YOUR ENTRY NUMBER FRIDAY AT 4PM - NO EARLY EMAILS ACCEPTED - FOR A SATRUDAY OPENING, ETC. THERE IS A DELAY IF YOU EMAIL THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
We stop responding to emails at 7:00 am when we leave for the sale site on sale days. If you need to reach us during sale hours please call one of the numbers listed for an entry number or to answer other questions.

We take offers on items and will contact a highest offer customer before we discount to half off.

 At 4pm Friday we will open the email sign-ups as normal to attend in-person shopping on Saturday.  Email roomtomove@comcast.net for an entry number.

All items marked sold were available up until 5 PM Thursday for pre-purchase. We don’t pre-sale but the sale was a combination of online and in person. We apologize if you missed out on that portion.

We will allow 10 people in at a time and move the line as quickly as possible.  When asking for a number please let us know if you plan to come later in the morning so we can get as many in at 8 when we open as possible.

Items that sold during the online portion of the sale are labelled below.  If you missed that please note our sale from now on with have an online buy it now ession before it converts to an in-person sale.

Parking will be tight but we will have a load zone available.
