We ask that you bring packing materials and boxes for fragile items as unfortunately we usually have nothing onsite. If we do, we will of course offer it to you to use. We ask you to pack/wrap items so you are comfortable with the packing.

The "Buy" option is live. You can click on "BUY" to commit to buy and prepay for items shown with prices. You will need to sign up with estatesales.net for this to work if you do not already get their emails. Pre-payment will be required and there will be a time limit before the item goes from "Pending" to "Sold". Wire transfers or cashiers checks for out of state or large amounts. No cards accepted.

When you click on "buy" you will be directed to fill in a form with your intent to buy. This commits you to the piece. You will receive an auto reply to let you know we got your intent to buy. We will reply as quickly as possible to each request to buy with a personalised confirmation it is yours and payment instructions.

You will receive an auto reply acknowledging your email to let you know your request went through.

We reply in order of email receipt. As we answer emails personally in order of receipt you will get confirmation the piece is yours along with payment and pickup instructions.

Items that have sold online will be marked sold and the photos will appear in black and white on the ad. All items available for online purchase have an idividual picture with price and dimensions where applicable.
