The sale this weekend is at the capitol hill home we have been working on for some time. 50-60 years accumulation! very full home.

Dates of the sale: Friday, May 31^st ; Saturday, June 1^st; Sunday, June 2^nd

Times of the sale: 10 AM to 3 PM all 3 days

sign up list will arrive at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 31^st and also on Saturday, June 2^nd. No sign up sheet for Sunday, June 2^nd. Discounts Sunday

This is sale #1 at this location. We will be selling items from the main floor and from the yard only this time around.

Sale #2 will be scheduled for sometime in August, and will include items from a cabin located away from Seattle. sale #2 will include all 3 floors of this home.

Sale access is tedious, the rooms are very full, so there will be limited number allowed in at a time. 10, at a time to start. Items on the list may be kept by the family, I have marked those that may fall in this category with the symbol #. I will know by Friday morning what these items might be.
