We will honor our list for this sale. THE SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE OUT AT THE HOUSE WHEN THE ADDRESS IS PUBLISHED. Buyers will sign-up on the list and entry will be according to your number on the list. ONLY OUR OFFICIAL LIST WILL BE USED, YOU CANNOT START YOUR OWN. Please get in line according to your number!! If there is a problem with the list, we encourage the buyers to work it out amicably.
This is a 3 story house with a large garage. We will let in 20-30 people and allow them to disperse. We should be able to get all buyers in but may find it necessary to do so gradually. Lots of stairs! Not set up for disabled. PLEASE be careful. Thanks for your understanding.
