Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their items at the specified location and within the allotted time frame as outlined in the auction details or your invoice. You are responsible for lifting, carrying, or towing items and equipment you purchase. We do not provide packing and moving help. Bring help to lift large and heavy items and proper equipment to tow items like riding mowers, wood chipper, and other oversized equipment. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. If you fail to bring assistance or cannot remove your items during the scheduled pick-up time, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.

ID REQUIRED FOR ALL WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning local bidders will receive a link to sign up for pick-ups, after payment is made, and THEN you will receive the address by email prior to pick-ups. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’VE SIGNED UP FOR A PICK-UP TIME, and CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FIRST, BEFORE texting us that you were not given the address. Please make sure you've enabled email or text notifications for winning bids in your account settings.

A link will be provided to schedule your pick-up. Please come prepared with packing materials and assistance for large items. We do not offer packing or moving services.

Bring help for large and heavy items and make sure to bring your own boxes and packing materials, as we do not provide packing or moving services. If you fail to bring assistance or cannot remove your items during the scheduled pick-up time, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.

Payment Requirements:
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the items. Only bid if you are ready to pay and can pick up your items during the scheduled time. Invoices will be emailed to you the evening the auction closes.

Item Condition:
Please review all photos carefully and reach out with any questions before bidding. We do our best to accurately represent each item, but remember that sizes may appear differently in photos, so double-check dimensions.

Additional Fees:
State and local taxes and an 18% buyer’s premium will be added to your invoice.
