Manager (Cashier) at sale will quote per item discounts - lower end price tags closer to 40% with higher end items closer to 20%. Manager (Cashier) will quote for you.

RE THE CAR:   THERE IS SO MUCH INTEREST IN THIS CLASSIC CAR THAT IT WILL TAKE A COUPLE WEEKS TO GET INTERESTED PARTIES ---OR WE SHOULD SAY VERY INTERESTED PARTIES--- APPOINTMENTS TO SEE CAR.  THE OWNER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE SALE START MAKING THOSE APPOINTMENTS.  Drop by sale Sat,  Sun, or Monday to  ask  K. Bailey questions if needed.

The car is located in a garage so appointments to view by very interested parties can be made at the Estate Sale Only during open hours.  We are aware the car does not start at this time.   SEE  PHOTOGRAPHS . Car will be sold by a silent starting bid process TO GIVE POTENTIAL BUYERS TIME TO SEE CAR AND MAKE THEIR BID.  The car brought many potential buyers to the sale and you must sign up at sale to be able to leave a bid.

ESTATE HOME  will be offered for sale by owner.  You may leave your name and phone number at the sale for a call back.  The owners (estate) have CHOSEN their Family Real Estate Agent,   IF NEEDED.    Serious inquiries only.FIRST,  you can connect with owner without real estate AND again this would be in the next couple weeks.  There is major interest in this home by customers.  Same as the car.
