Cash highly preferred.
Credit cards and debit cards accepted on purchases over 100.00 with 3% service fee on total purchase.
Sales tax will be collected unless you have a reseller's permit with you for e to keep.
Sometimes my wifi is sketchy so cash is best to prevent disappointment or inconvenience.

We will have a hold area for items you are 100% committed to purchasing.
This is a one day sale so please only hold what you are 100% sure you are going to buy.

Please no large purses or back backs.
Open boxes OK. You may want to bring your own packing materials as we will have very little available.
We will not be able to move your items out for you, bring help.
Please consider not bringing children. If attending, children must be supervised at all times for their safety.

Address will be posted 3 hours before the sale begins.
I will honor a sign up 'list' but expect shoppers to both manage and respect the list.
The house is packed but small, entry will be pretty strictly limited as is pretty normal so please be patient. There is a lot of great stuff!
We will do our best to safely get all customers in and out in a safe and timely manner.

All sales are 'as is, where is'.

Everything in the pics should be available at opening but I reserve the right to pull items.
The night before the sale I will pull any pics of any item not still available.
If you are coming from far away for only that 'one' specific thing you might want to email. Please put 'moving sale' somewhere in the email title so I dont miss it.
I will not be able to answer early questions related to prices or early sales. No pricing will be given prior to the sale, there just isn't time for it.
Please do not walk around house before the sale.
