We are having an awesome estate sale this weekend on Beacon Hill! Anyone wearing green will receive a dollar off of your purchase.  Anyone not wearing green will be charged one extra dollar! (just kidding)

Miss Dorothy has lived in this area for all her 96 years and has resided in her present home for 60 years.  She was the first ever employee of Griffin Fuel of Georgetown and worked there for 50 Years.  She is also a long-time member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, #1.

Welcome to a house of class, quality, Midcentury as heck and just some plain fun!

The house is filled with Mid-century furniture, hanging lamps, Guardian Ware cook-ware, pottery, jewelry and collectibles.

The detached "Party Room" is filled with more furniture and collectibles including lots of bar items, some nice Boyz Toyz and kitsch bar accessories.

* Three cases of consume jewelry and many cases of misc. collectibles.  Matchbox cars (Lesney), party noise makers, GI Joe doll and tool box, salt and pepper collection, a little bit of naughty and lots of nice

* The awesome beer collectibles includes a metal Budweiser Clydesdale sign Mint from the box! – Heidelberg lantern sign, Neon Henrys Light, Coke wall light, Marlboro metal sign, misc. beer lights, gambling posters

* Singer sewing machine ​​​​​​and sewing and craft supplies

Russell prints, two oils, Chinese print, Midcentury art includes a pair of pottery bird wall hangings

* Midcentury furniture includes a Chromcraft oval table and six chairs with the original upholstery in Mint Condition! A China hutch that is a nice size (tall and narrow) There are Four other midcentury kitchen tables!, two sets of kitchen chairs, set of barstools, two sets of coffee and end tables that includes a set of three fabulous rare Lane pieces (the coffee table is round).  The bed has a Queen headboard and adjustable frame with two matching side cabinets.  The click sofa is from the 40’s is in relatively good shape, the early bed is made of walnut and has pronounced carving with a  bow-front kicker.  Midcentury small blond buffet and an exquisite serving cart. We also have an armoire, jewelry chest, two small pine dressers, cute round easy chair, set of nesting tables, banjo clock, 5 Midcentury hanging lamps, table lamps and hanging planters.

*As the son formerly owned a tavern in the area, there are 40+ toys and miscellaneous items left from the pull tab games.  All is new in the box from the 90's and includes die cast trucks, cars, Tonka, Harley clock, Mickey and Goofy Phones and other cool things.

* Great Vintage ladies clothes, dresses, fur coats and wraps, ladies shoes (Ked’s in all colors!  Size 8) and vintage luggage

* The bar items includes a small free standing bar, advertising glasses, thermos’, racks of antlers, lots of cool kitsch items!

* Hats, jewelry boxes, beaded purses, handbags, decorated carry bags

* Vintage shipping crates mostly from Asia, wood Kraft cheese boxes

* Postcards, Ephemera, Maps, Magazines, Children’s Books, Posters

* Tons of Kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, silverware, knives, bowl and Tupperware, many Guardian ware pieces

* Some utilitarian and garden tools and outdoor furniture

* Decorative figurines, plates, pottery (five Roseville pieces, one nice Pickard piece), glassware, stemware

* Stereo receivers, record players, speakers, the records are 78’s, 33’s and (the 45’s are mostly rock and roll, Credence, Led Zeppelin…etc) and 8 tracks!

We put a sign-up sheet on the door at 7:00 PM on Thursday night.  At that time, people can come by to write their name.  Please sign-up only your name.  We have a large staff to facilitate the sale and check-out and let as many people in as possible to minimize the line. 

Hours are Friday and Saturday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Sunday 10:00– 4:00PM
