1. PAYMENT - VISA/MASTERCARD will be accepted. Please make payment immediately after winning your lots and when the auction is complete. The preparation for pick up day requires 2-3 hours of prep time so it's imperative you pay immediately and no later than Wednesday 4/15 by midnight.

2. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".

3. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for condition by thoroughly reviewing the photos and or on the PREVIEW DAY offered by appointment only.

4. Have Fun Bidding! Our lots are "Hard Close Auctions". No additional time will be added. If you don't want to risk losing an item then enter your Highest Bid. An item may currently be at $25. But you won't be available to watch when it closes. If you'd pay up to $50 maximum then enter a $50 amount. You will only pay amount 1 bid higher than highest bidder up to your maximum bid amount.

2:00-4:30pm A-L & 4:30-7:00 M-Z.
All non-furniture pick-ups please stay in your car and we will bring auction winnings to you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. We appreciate your business and want everyone to stay safe.
