We will have numbers before the sale starts,
Once you have your number, we would appreciate if you would wait in your vehicle until the sale opens. We will let people into the sale, in numerical order, as space allows.

Masks may be worn at your discretion. In order to insure that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun sale, please practice CDC guidelines.

We accept cash and all major credit cards, sales tax will be added. We do not accept checks. We are licensed with the State of Washington and will be collecting sales tax. Re-sellers need to provide a copy of their State of Washington re-seller permit.

Please make sure you are happy with your item/s and have examined them before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Please watch your footing, as thresholds, stairs and flooring can be uneven in the home and grounds. Neither, Bedknobs & Broomsticks Estate Sales or the homeowner are responsible for any accidents or personal damage to you or your personal property. In addition, as a reminder, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that happens to your purchase, either by your own fault or another customer's fault.

We may be able to help you load items that you have purchased but cannot guarantee we will have time or help available. You should plan on bringing your own help when picking up and loading your larger items.

We suggest that you bring your own bags and boxes. We do not guarantee bags, boxes or packing materials.
