Hi Everyone,

We are having a fantastic estate sale on December 8, 9 and 10 (Friday through Sunday).

60 years of accumulation fills this house and detached garage!  We have a massive amount of smalls with 8 cases alone filled with collectibles!

COLLECTIBLES: Comics, children’s books, matchbooks, glass Christmas ornaments, pocket knives, Cases of costume jewelry, travel guides, cameras (bellows, Kodak and Brownie), ammo, bb's early baby clothes, photos, vintage maps and travel brochures (many from the Hawaii).

KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES:  Lots of kitchen kitsch including some Pyrex, glass serving pieces, stemware, punch bowl, cast iron pans.  Appliances include washer and dryers,

FURNITURE: Midcentury dining room table and chairs, Midcentury blond end tables, Midcentury end tables, small hutch, Trunks (one is an early Frederick and Nelson leather and metal piece), toy chest, Iron Bed, Wicker vanity, Midcentury red kitchen chairs, oak file cabinet, office chair, bypass door bookshelves, two mirriors (one is a nicely beveled with turned oak frame)

CLOTHING: Ladies full slips and some lingerie, men’s work clothing, darling early kid’s clothes, 70’s shirts (m and f) many new pocket books, purses and clutches

JEWELRY: Four cases of ladies costume jewelry, men’s cufflinks, ladies watches, vintage perfume, and cosmetics.

GARDEN:  Metal table and chairs, aluminum chairs folding chairs, garden tools, metal fencing (post and rail), 1x12 tight knot pine boards

MISC:  A set of early pendant lighting fixtures with globes, two hanging stained glass light fixtures, Singer sewing machine, sewing items and buttons, 1966 Chevy rear bumper (?), hydraulic jacks, floor jack, canvas bags, Schwinn bike (needs TLC), ladders, office supplies

TOOLS: Vintage motor oil, gas cans, carpentry hand and auto tools, vinyl floor installation tools, Sears 14” auto tires (new, used, singles and pairs, whitewall and studded), workmate, auto supplies, mini hatchets and axes, hand saws, tool boxes (plastic and metal).

We are adding photos daily as we set up so check- in for updates.

Again, the address will be posted on our website at and to our E-Mail family around 7:00pm Thursday night.  We put a sign-up sheet on the door at that time and people can come by to write their name.  Please sign-up only your name.  We have a large staff to facilitate the sale and check-out and let as many people in as possible to minimize the line.  If someone has forwarded this to you and you want to be on our personal email list, please email us at
