This is a private gated community and patrolled. Absolutely no loitering around other properties will be allowed. Security will be present at all times. There is no parking inside the development , if you park inside and block any driveway you will be towed away.

Depending on how many people are in line and on the list, Accettolas will decide how many will be let in at a time. Any list disputes will be decided by Accettolas.

(TRAVEL SOUTH ON 47TH AVE SW FROM FAUNTLEROY - TURN RIGHT ONTO SW 98TH ST, FOLLOW WINDING ROAD DOWN TO GATE, YOU MUST PARK ON STREET OUTSIDE OF GATE AND WALK INTO DEVELOPMENT, IF YOU PARK INSIDE DEVELOPMENT YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED, DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS ON 50TH.) DO NOT DISTURB ANY OTHER HOUSES.
