Succesful Bidders will be notified on Thursday October 19th at the close of the auction. The credit card you used to register will be charged at this time.

The address will be provided with paid invoices at the close of the auction.

Items must be picked on Friday between Noon and 4pm or Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

A Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to the purchase price.

Registration Requirements: All bidders must register and supply a valid credit card. A temporary authorization of $1.00 will be applied to verify the card is able to be charged. This charge is only TEMPORARY and will come off your card in a few days.

If you are buying for re-sale, you must provide a Washington Re-Seller Permit prior to bidding. Please email a copy of your re-seller permit to info@fossappraisal.com

Payment Instructions: You will be notified at the end of the auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that will be charged to your credit card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS! A seperate invoice for the shipping cost (if applicable) will be provided shortly after the auction. We can only ship to the billing address for the payment credit card.

Currency Type: All bids are in US Dollars.

Preview Date & Times: No live preview will be available for this auction.

Pick-up Date & Times: ITEMS MUST BE PICKED-UP Friday October 20th from Noon-4pm and Saturday October 21st from 10am - 2pm. You will receive a paid invoice including the address of the estate once the auction closes.

Online Bidding Terms:

1. All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, No charge backs.

2. BIDDING: There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to your total purchase, buyer’s premium is taxable.

3. All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept major credit cards ONLY. NO CHECKS FROM ONLINE BIDDERS!

4. Foss Appraisal Service, through USPS or UPS, will arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile or large items will be shipped by a professional shipping company and may result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your purchase in expected condition. You must contact us for a quote prior to bidding.

5. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email by the next business day. All items will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to online auction start time. The invoice you receive on the day after the auction will be used for billing- we will bill the credit card on file.

6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Foss Appraisal Service and the bidder throughout any transactions.

7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Foss Appraisal Service in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in King County, WA.

8. Foss Appraisal Service shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser.

9. Foss Appraisal Service shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or internet connection issues resulting in missed bids.

10. All sales are final.

11. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.

12. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements.
