BID ON SELLERS WEBSITE:

Private warehouse sale conducted by Taylor, auction manager. Sale Sponsored by Girlfriends, Hosted by Auction manager. 

She presents a fun auction of items from her real estate staging inventory. Her inventory includes furniture, lamps, rugs and throw pillows. The inventory was used to present homes that are going on the market, items where not lived with. Some mid-century pieces, Restoration Hardware, and more!

PICK UP DETAILS: Friday February 24th, 2023  9am - 3:00 pm & Saturday February 25th, 2023 9 am-12:00pm ONLY
DELIVERY AVAILABLE: A separate charge of $125 for delivery. Delivery is available ONLY on Friday February 24th, 2023  9am - 3:00 pm. Will deliver from Everett to Tacoma to North Bend. Please contact by 3 PM on Thursday February 23rd, 2023 to schedule.
NO EXCEPTIONS-Items not picked up or delivered during allotted time will be considered forfeited.

WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

I.D, is required for pick up. Orders over $500 we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.

NEW BIDDERS:
Please go to the Auction ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. PICKUP: All items need to be picked up in Seatac.
Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders. TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!

USPS/UPS SHIPPING:-No shipping on this sale!

WE will not ship. We do have movers to deliver items from Seatac to Everett or Tacoma for $125 (on a first come basis). Please contact us immediately following you winning the auction. We will deliver to the BILLING address on file with the credit card used. IF YOU ASK FOR IT TO BE delivered  ANYWHERE ELSE, WE WILL NEED FORM OF PROOF, before we will deliver.   We thank you for your bids and understanding. We need contacted asap if you want the items delivered.
