**There are no returns or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS
**PLEASE bring supplies and necessary help for loading all items. It is preferred and suggested to come prepared with the appropriate packing and boxes needed for items as not every item is boxed up.
**PARKING: Our warehouse is the middle door of a larger building and the other companies in the building will be conducting business during our sales. Please do not block the other warehouse doors or park in a way that would interfere or interupt neighboring businesses. If needed, we can always put items aside for post-5pm loadouts when the parking area is clear.

3-Day Multi-Family Off-Site Estate Sale
Magnoilia Warehouse
Combining the wares of our 4 remaining clients for the first of two 3-day sales. We are closing the warehouse down at the end of the month. This will be part one of that sale. Tables and shelves are already filled but we are still unboxing items to go through. Some items are priced, others will be priced on the go. Items include furniture (antique, some mid-century, MCM, other), a lot of glassware, barware, German steins, Warner Brothers Glasses, Carnival Glass, Delft, China, Crystal, Fransiscan Ware, Old Bottles, Cast Iron, Asian Porcelain Statues and other Asian Souvenirs, Brass, Souvenir Plates, Fransiscan Ware, Personal Embroidery System, Vintage Duck Decoys, Pristine 1900 Cathode, Vintage Electronics (Technics, Sony, Advent, Speakers, Turntables), Instruments, Roland Keyboard, Guitars, LPs, Records, Comics, Posters, Coast Guard and Maritime Items, Vintage Halloween, and various smalls and other collectibles.
