Estate Sale Magnolia Area of Seattle

1919 home in the Magnolia Area of Seattle. Family lived in home for 60+ years. Mom liked to collect antiques, plus 70+ years of just keeping items they enjoyed. We are just getting started, more photos to follow.

House is somewhat small, so we will be limiting the number of people in the house at one time due to space issues. Sidewalk down to house is very narrow, there is a deck/porch when you reach the house. Please try not to step on the plants along the sidewalk. The garden in front does have cement walkways, please stay on paths.

Stairs to basement are very steep and very narrow, please be extra cautious.

We ask that you leave all bags and large purses at front desk or in car. We do have a few shopping baskets and will have hold areas under the tables in the living room.
