Please contact Sheryl via text or phone if you are driving a long distance for a certain item as occasionally an item is retrieved by the estate family prior to the sale beyond the control of those conducting the sale. In addition, furniture is often posted on Craig's List and may be sold in advance of the sale as entire estate/moving sale contents need to be cleaned out on the Sunday after the sale .
