The health and safety of our shoppers & our staff is of critical importance to us. In this season we are making a number of adjustments in order to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Updated Estate Sale Procedures Effective April 2021:
Pre-Registration: Guest/Shoppers will need a scheduled time slot through Signup Genius (SUG) the first two hours of the sale. No registration needed after 10:00 am. We will limit the number of guests in the house based on the size of the home. The Signup Genius (SUG) link will be active on Monday the week of the sale by 9am. It will be on all advertised sites under details and description. As guests leave the sale, the next guest registered on (SUG) will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line, who have not pre-registered will be allowed in as space is available only after all others who have scheduled time slots on (SUG) have entered.
Please follow state guidelines, wear masks until further notice, and please stay home if not feeling well.
Face Coverings Required: Face coverings required per Washington State guidelines.
Stay 6ft Apart: Please stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times shoppers will need to wait to enter a room until other customers are finished.
Cleaning Schedule: Our team will be disinfecting surfaces throughout the day.
