We  still follow guidelines from State re Covid:  Masks, social distancing and other things at sale. WE STRESS TO EVERYONE TO PARK LEGALLY.  There are lots of Private Roads in this area & therefore be sure to PARK LEGALLY.  Neighbors great!!! except when parking illegally - do not block driveways, mailboxes or on private property.   Be sure TO PARK LEGALLY. All  customers in last few days found legal parking available but as mentioned previously you must plan at least a 2-block walk to hill @ NW 201st St. (Speak to staff person, Dr. G. at corner if you cannot walk the steep hill.  He will have an alternative drop-off suggestion.)

Take Richmond Beach DRIVE not ROAD (DRIVE runs along the water N to S). (ROAD runs east & west) little confusing. OPEN:    Tues  June 15 11am-5pm. Follow K. Bailey Signs.   Entry Numbers will be given at the corner of:   Richmond Beach Drive & NW 201st Street @ bottom of hill by Staff employee. This is a one-way dead end private street. Park if possible at Kayu Kayu Park and walk 2 blocks to get entry number and then up the hill is the Home.

The owner passed at 95 years old --was American Antiques Dealer of mostly Chinese, Korean, Japanese Antiques having lived & worked over 30 years in same countries.  Returning to U.S. with years of collecting & continuing  Antique Biz on East Coast mostly doing mid-high end Antiques Shows.  For convenience this Estate kindly allowed some items from another Estate that were stored when Covid hit.  Estate kindly allowed this person's items in sale to get it out of storage.

The  lovely View Home will be sold by Family Real Estate Agent after Estate Sale.  The downstairs has a complete one bedroom up-to-date apartment which can be a rental.  Inquire @ estate sale.
