50% off almost everything (some exceptions, we'll try to get you the best deal). This is not you ordinary estate sale! We have many great vintage and unique items left. We want you go to go home with the treasures that bring you joy!
A sign-up list will be posted an hour prior to the start of the sale time at the location (no online signup). Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows.
No customer lists will be honored. Shopper marking of items as sold will not be permitted, however we are happy to do that for you. Cash and cards are accepted. Cash is recommended. We are required to collect WA sales tax unless a valid reseller permit is provided - resellers, please remember to bring yours. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.
Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the sale, or by arrangement with us. Buyers must bring appropriate labor to move items. Buyers assume liability for damage in moving items. We are not able to move large items for you (we are too old and tired{).
Any items left at the end of the sale, without making prior arrangements with us, will be deemed forfeited and no refunds will be made. We will not be able to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, or email prior to or during the estate sale. Once the sale is over, we are done! After that, items are not available.
